EXPLANATION OF COSTS

Did you know?

Board members are NOT paid for the time consuming yet impactful volunteer work they do on behalf of NYACCE. 

Membership fees are used for:

  • our official website, including NYACCE's new Wild Apricot membership database
  • communications, such as email accounts and mailings
  • fees for Lunch and Learn and other virtual or in-person meetings, trainings, webinars, etc.
  • cloud-based files access and storage service
  • down payments for annual Conference expenditures, including securing hotel space
  • Professional Awards and Luncheon
  • Student of the Year Awards and Dinner
  • affiliate memberships, as NYACCE works with COABE and other entities to advocate for continuing and community education in NYS
